Message I don't normally mention my builds to often openly other than what ppl can view on my facebook page but I felt this one earned the right to showcase off a few pics of what this build will entail. My client has spared no expense on the components to use on his build. I'm fortunate to be one of the few if not the only US builder to build such an engine utilzing these components. Off to the mod list and pics.

JUN 3.2L STROKER ROTATING ASSEMBLY
TWIN EFR TURBOCHARGERS
EPR EQUAL LENGTH TUBULAR MANIFOLDS
EPR 8QT RACING OIL PAN
EPR BILLET MAIN CAP & GIRDLE ASSEMBLY
EPR PORTED CYLINDER HEADS
EPR PISTON COATING
EPR BEARING COATING
EPR CAMSHAFT COATING
EPR COMBUSTION CHAMBER COATING
EPR EXHAUST PORT COATING
EPR ENGINE BORE COATING
BDE ENGINE MOUNTS
BDE CAM GEARS (INTAKE & EXHAUST)
BDE TOP FEED FUEL SYSTEM
BRONZE VALVE GUIDES
FERREA 1MM OS SS VALVES
JUN CAMSHAFTS
JUN VALVE SPRINGS
JUN TITANIUM RETAINERS
ARP L19 MAIN & HEAD STUDS
CLEVITE MAIN & ROD BEARINGS
GREDDY TIMING BELT

There is quite a bit more to this list that I haven't mentioned but you get the bread and butter for the most part listed above.

A few updates to these components will need to be done in order to bring them up to speed to todays standards for racing. Pin oiling in the pistons has to be machined as well as converting the oiling in the crankshaft. Sadly the price you pay you don't get the top shelf systems in todays leading parts but its a few small details that is easy to implement into the system. However, this is a JUN/Cosworth rotating assembly so the quality in materials is some of the best you can buy. The billet main cap and girdle system Im currently machining and will debut towards the end of this year. A few other components for new rotating assemblies will debut as well but for now I have a tall order on my hands and Im eager to move forward with this project. I fully expect to see incredible figures and response from a VG30 engine that has never been built like this before. Exciting progress and updates to come.
